A heart centered somatic release breathwork method and certification program for modern healers.

This cohort is intentionally kept small to insure personal guidance, support and mentorship.

Ceremony Breathwork Training is a deep dive into understanding the impact our past experiences can have on our lives.

To support others to alchemize these experiences through specific breath patterns, NLP (neuro linguistic programming) during non-ordinary states, music and energetic space holding and integration.

Curriculum:

• The Science of our Breath and Nervous System 

• Polyvagal theory 

• How trauma patterns show up in the body

• Trauma informed guiding principles

• Creating safety and co-regulation with clients

• Emotional arc of music during session

• 1:1 and group facilitation

• Guiding Conscious Connected Breath

• Voice, pacing, energy and presence

• Integration and support post session

• Space holding and techniques

• Ethics and integrity/boundaries

• Small-group mentorship and integration

Format: 25 hrs

In person 20 hrs in Cold Spring, NY

Follow up zoom calls 5 hrs

In person dates: Nov 20, 21 & 22.

Investment for training includes comprehensive training manual and Certificate of Completion
