Hi I’m Julia and my purpose is creating sacred space and experiences for people to heal and return to wholeness. This retreat is an opportunity to reconnect to your most authentic self. To melt away stress and recharge on the deepest level.

And to remember who you are when you stay close to your heart, your voice and your intuition.

We are always evolving, always becoming, and through the support of community and sacred practices we rise together,

This retreat is an opportunity to return to yourself. To slow down and nourish yourself through the elements. Held by the Earth, the lush jungle and beautiful nature of Uvita Costa Rica.

We will explore Water through nearby waterfalls, beaches of the Pacific Ocean and relax in and around our private saltwater pool and hot tub.

Connecting to Air through our breath in our open Shala.

Igniting Fire through our practice of yoga and breathwork, as well as a sacred fire ceremony. This is alchemy in its essence. To move energy and create space for what you want to call in.
